BECOME PART OF THE CREW!

Co-sailing is a shared sailing trip on a yacht with a skipper and other exciting people who together form a crew. As a co-sailor, you are integrated into the crew and also help with operating the yacht and looking after the crew.

Together we set sails, tack, jibe, navigate, stand at the helm or drop anchor. An experienced skipper is on hand for every move and calmly explains the handling and terminology. Everyone can get involved according to their interests. Interesting background information on sailing is also provided: After just a short time, you will grow into a crew! No previous knowledge is required, and those of you who are a little more experienced can expand your knowledge. Of course, there is always plenty of time for yourselves too!

In the evening, we drop anchor in a bay or call at a romantic harbor. The sailing schedule is determined by the wind and weather, your interests, the respective conditions and the rhythm of the tides.

In addition to sailing, there is plenty of time for reading, relaxing, swimming, snorkelling, meditating, talking, walking or organizing excursions and getting to know the country and its people. The crew take care of their own shopping and catering. Everyone decides together whether to visit a restaurant or cook on board. The skipper knows the good local taverns, specialties and shopping opportunities and helps with the planning. In addition to experiencing, learning and practising traditional seamanship, life on board is characterized by mindfulness, a sense of community and simplicity.

Sailing along is perfect for solo travellers, couples or friends who would like to meet interesting people. People who prefer to be among themselves, are a homogeneous group or family, it is better to charter the boat with a skipper.

#01 Boatlife events with a special theme

Our Boatlife events are less about sailing. The sailing yacht becomes a floating and mobile apartment. We go on a journey of experience with like-minded people under a specific motto. We combine the experience of being on the water, gliding through the water with the huge sails, looking out over the world from the sea, with themes that fit in harmoniously. Here are a few examples from our planning:

YOGA ON THE SEA – The first yoga session on deck in a bay at anchor in the morning. You can feel the warm rays of sunshine on your skin and the sparkle on the water. A week with an experienced teacher and inspiring surroundings.

WINE AND ENJOYMENT – Delicious wines from local winemakers, tastings at charming, small wineries and delicious food. All accompanied by the beauty of the landscape and crystal-clear water. Our personal guide will take you to the most delicious restaurants and show you the wines that are made with passion and heart and soul. Experience a feast for the senses at sunset in a dreamy bay.

HAPPINESS AND SATISFACTION – What makes me truly happy? What drives me? Why do I do what I do? Many people have reflected on themselves on a boat. Slowing down together, taking a break from the hamster wheel and getting off the boat as a slightly different person – we want to create the space for this with professional guidance.

VEGETARIAN GREECE – We were able to try so much delicious food. The variety of Greek cuisine is even greater with vegetarian and vegan options. In the spacious kitchen on board, we cook together, visit our favorite restaurants and get inspired by a unique chef.

CROSS FIT, BEACH AND SEA – The bench on the beach, the tree with the low-hanging branches and the sea become your fitness equipment. With a personal trainer, we set up our own program, do sports together and eat healthy and delicious food. A week for body and soul in the perfect environment.

#02 CABIN CHARTER as an open cruise

You have your own cabin and privacy. At the same time, you get to meet exciting new people who are on board with you. Whether you want to spend your time sailing together or plan excursions and restaurant visits together is entirely up to you. Cabin charter is the ideal way to try out the sailing experience. There is a rough route that depends on the weather and your interests. You can get involved in sailing or simply enjoy the experience on the water. With joy and openness to other people, there’s a good chance that you’ll open a door that you won’t be able to close. 🙂

When traveling as a co-sailor, you slow down in no time and everyday life is left in your wake. The feeling of freedom and the perspective of discovering something new from the sea will be a very special experience.– Christian Engl
